WARRANTY POLICY

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR WARRANTY POLICY GOVERN YOUR PURCHASE OF NUVIEW PROTECTION PRODUCTS FROM THIS SITE. BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE, YOU ARE LEGALLY ACCEPTING THE WARRANTY POLICY WRITTEN BELOW. THE WARRANTY POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PURCHASES OF ANY PRODUCT OF NUVIEW PROTECTION FROM THIS SITE AND RETAILERS.

To process an ADC or standard warrranty claim, please click "Claim Now" under the warranty tab. Then proceed to select either our ADC claim or standard warranty claim form and submit the form once filled out.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVERAGE (ADC)

We offer an accidental damage coverage for ANY screen protector sold directly from our website. Our accidental damage coverage is only offered and valid when purchased from www.nuviewprotection.ca and NOWHERE else. Accidental damage coverage claims made from purchases outside of www.nuviewprotection.ca will be denied and is only applicable to our standard 1 year warranty. NuView Protection and any of its employees, representatives, suppliers, resellers reserve the right to deny any accidental damage coverage claim.

ALL accidental damage coverage claims will require a serial number that's provided with every genuine order made directly from www.nuviewprotection.ca. We at our sole-discretion have every right to deny a claim made from a customer in the result of non compliance of providing a serial number. We may at times require a picture of the authenticity card for processing the claim as well.

Our accidental damage coverage plan covers any and all issues with your screen protector including but not limited to cracks, chips, peeling, bubbles, falls and drops, incorrect installation, wear and tear, fading, scratches, and any other type of damage or fault.

Customer is responsible for a $4.99 CAD shipping & handling fee for the shipment of a replacement product that is claimed under an (ADC) form. This is NOT negotiable. We reserve the right to deny any claim if in the result the customer refuses to pay the $4.99 shipping & handling fee.

After the customer receives their replacement product, their new screen protector will NOT be provided with another serial number for accidental damage coverage. Their new replacement will still fall under our one year limited warranty from the date of the original purchase.

Our accidental damage coverage will last (1) full year from the date of receiving the product. We document every serial number to ensure it complies with all claims. ADC serial numbers will be cancelled either (A) when it passes 365 days after product arrival, (B) has been claimed, (C) product has been returned.

Our customer service may require the return of the damaged product as well before approving your claim. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for the return of the damaged product.

We at our sole-discretion may deny any accidental coverage claim for any reason deemed by our customer service.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All of our products are covered by a (1) year limited warranty from the date of shipment arrival. This warranty may not be transferred to someone else. Any product purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller will not be covered by our one year limited warranty. Our warranty covers only defects in the craftsmanship of the product. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. If the product is damaged in shipment, we will require picture proof of the incident. We NuView Protection reserves all rights to deny any warranty claim produced by damage from shipment. At our sole-discretion we will send a replacement to you free of charge. If we have knowledge to believe the customer is taking advantage of the damage of the product due to shipment, we have all rights to deny any type of responsibility for the accident and the product is voided of all warranties and coverage.

In the result of a product that falls under our (1) year warranty we will ship out the same product or an equivalent within 48 hours of approving the warranty claim. We will pay for the shipping on the replacement product sent to you. For your claim to be approved and processed we may require picture proof of what has made the product deemed defective from performing its proper function. We may also require the return of the damaged product. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges for the return of a damaged product.

Our (1) year limited warranty does not cover wear and tear, cracks, chips, peeling, incorrect installation, or any other damage that is not listed above. We at our sole-discretion have all rights to determine if the product falls under our (1) year limited warranty.

To process a return you must fill out our warranty form. Filing a claim may take up to 5 business days to be reviewed and approved/declined. Proof of purchase MUST be presented in the form via a picture of an email confirmation, receipt, etc. We at our sole-discretion have the right to deny a claim if we have deemed the proof of purchase to be invalid on terms such as forgery, false and/or misinformation, purchase date exceeding 365 days, invalid product or SKU number, or from an unauthorized distributor or reseller.

Our replacement product from a manufacturer defect will NOT reset the warranty date. The replacement product will still be covered under the existing warranty that was originally used to process the warranty claim. We are not responsible for any expressed warranties once the (1) year has passed from the date of arrival or receipt.

NUVIEW PROTECTION LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We only cover our screen protector and nothing else. We are not responsible for any damage caused to anything except the screen protector. We do not make any guarantees that our screen protector will protect your device screen. It's merely an additive protection and should not be relied on. Customer takes all risks associated with the screen protector provided by NuView Protection. In no event shall NuView Protection, or any other employees, agents, resellers, and it's suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damage.

User(s) of our products are fully responsible for any physical damage or personal harm caused by our screen protectors. We recommend you remove the glass screen protector CAREFULLY in the event of a broken, cracked, chipped, peeling screen protector, or anything that deems the screen protector unsafe or unable to perform its proper function. Although we have designed our screen protectors to minimize the possible harm from our screen protectors in the event of the glass breaking, physical harm is still possible if kept on when damaged. cuts, scrapes, and glass slivers are all possibilities when the glass is broken. We will not be responsible for any physical harm from our screen protectors when in the event of a broken screen protector. Buyer acknowledges the associated risks and uses the product at their own discretion.

What we do not cover:

 

Loss of value of the product used with the product sold by NuView Protection or respective sellers of our products; Loss of any consumer devices, or loss of property; Loss of data stored on the device, or inability to access such data due to any reason

NuView Protection makes no other expressed or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition NuView Protection will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, use of products, incidental damages, consequential loss of profits and benefits.

NuView Protection reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit NuView Protection product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the Limited 1 Year Warranty.

TERMS OF PURCHASING

By making a purchase on our website or at a retailer you agree to all terms and conditions of the warranty policy written above. The coverage on your product is bounded by the conditions above.
